EvidenceWe measure
We measure
ourselves.
Then we show you.
Every meaningful decision is recorded, given a measurement date and checked later. This page will hold the results.
A decision record
What we keep.
A format example, not a real client record.
Decision Add a second sales channel
Recommendation Test one channel, six weeks, fixed budget
Case against Team already stretched
Owner decision Approved with a lower budget
Agreement partial
Expected Break-even on ad spend by week six
Measured on (date set at decision time)
Result (filled in later: hit, miss or mixed)
Who was right (filled in later)
What we will publish
Three numbers.
- Agreement rate. How often ARSLAN's recommendation and the owner's decision match.
- Hit rate. How often the expected outcome actually happened.
- Who was right. When they disagreed, whose call proved better. Misses included.
How we start
We measure our own work first.
Before any partner, ARSLAN runs on our own decisions. Each one is recorded in the format above, with a date to check it against what actually happened.
Results will be published here once there are enough measured decisions to mean something, always with the sample size beside the number. A partner's records stay theirs. We publish only combined results, and only with permission.
Help us build the first real record.
We work with a small group of owners. You lead. ARSLAN challenges, executes and remembers.
