4. We measure

   Decisions are recorded and checked against results. You see what we see.

• We ask for a short weekly review, honest feedback, and access only as far as you allow.
• You get a Co-Executive built around your business, direct access to the people building it, and a say in what comes next.
• Pricing. We are still working it out with partners. Terms are agreed in writing before anything is charged.
